Use this form to apply for responsible owner classification to be eligible to pay reduced dog registration fees. Specific criteria is required to be met in order to be eligible for this reduced fee rate.
To complete this form you will need:
1. Your dog owner number.
2. The registration number, age, breed and colour of each dog registered to you.
Things to consider:
1. An non-refundable application fee is required to be paid before this application can be processed. You will be sent notification once the fee has been applied to your account for payment.
2. Registration fees for each year must be paid prior to 1 July.
3. This classification can not be applied to owners with classified dangerous dogs.
4. Good owner history is a contributing factor to your applications approval.
